Even the runniest mixes turn into soft emulsions thanks to the air being absorbed with the movement of the utensil while thicker mixtures are pressed to the sides of the bowl to become perfectly smooth and even. The Selene series by Comida are built to last thanks to the superior build quality from decades of experience.
